Fresh snow really brings out the details our the woodlands. What at first seems colorless, will often astonish you when a light snow falls. I can see these cheerful red berries out our dinning room windows. I had to put on my coat, scar, gloves, hat, and snow boots (it’s a work out isn’t it; just to get out the door in the winter) to photograph them. Aren’t they pretty with such a delicate nature? I call them snowdrop cherries!
