How do you choose the best oil for dry skin, aging skin, oily skin, or blemish-prone skin?
Natural carrier oils can make a big impact on the health and condition of your skin. They are packed with vitamins and antioxidants essential for healthy skin. You’ve likely heard of an umpteen amount of oils for bath and body products. When it comes to the skin and especially your face they are not exactly a “one size fits all”. While many are beneficial to multiple types of skin some are “hands-off” for oily skin and others are a game-changer for aging skin.
I have learned a lot about natural carrier oils!
Did you know vitamin A is linked to increasing collagen production?
Or that vitamin C can brighten your skin tone?
Do you know that you can also trick your skin into producing less sebum?
I know I sound like the teacher’s pet, but I what I have learned has healed my eczema, Keratosis pilaris, and stopped breakouts in their tracks – Naturally! I have been in and out of dermatology offices with expensive and painful treatments.
Nothing worked until I began to throw out all the chemicals and make my own bath products. If you are in the place I was or just starting out on your Natural Bath and Body journey, I encourage you to read on and discover what natural carrier oils are best for your skin. P.S. There is a “pin-able” printable convenient chart at the end.
