What’s better than satisfying a Fall craving with a big slice of homemade apple pie?…

Soaking in a hot bath of Baked Apple Bath Salts without adding to our waistlines for another Fall Indulgence. This recipe is incredibly easy to make and the fragrance is calorie free!

Supply List to Make DIY Baked Apple Bath Salts:

  • 1/2 cup mineral or Epsom salts
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vitamin E oil
  • 3 drops cinnamon essential oil
  • 2 drops sweet orange essential oil
  • 2 drops ginger essential oil Baked Apple Bath Salts

 How to Make DIY Baked Apple Bath Salts:

In a glass, liquid measuring cup add mineral salt, baking soda, and apple pie spice. Stir to combine.(Apple pie spice will give the bath salts a warm cinnamon color.)

Add the optional fragrance oil for a fruity apple scent. Then add vitamin E oil and stir well.

Pour into a glass container and seal lid. Yields: 1/2 Cup

To Use: 

To use pour a few teaspoons of bath salts into running bath water to circulate and release fragrances into steam. To use as an exfoliant, simply rub into the skin with a small amount of water.
