Chapped lips are the worst, am I right? And reapplying lip balm 20 times a day will only get you so far.

You, see our lips need exfoliating just like our skin and hair (have you tried my famous DIY scalp scrub?). Exfoliation removes the buildup of dry skin, allowing moisturizers to rebalance the lipid layer. This pumpkin spice lip scrub recipe is no different!

It’s made from ingredients like pumpkin that provide health benefits to the skin to soften, moisturize, and restore your lips, keeping them kissable all season long.

Pumpkin is in fact, not just yummy, it’s high in antioxidants and vitamins such as A, C, and E. And additionally contains natural enzymes that help to repair skin. That’s why pumpkin puree is a key ingredient in this fall infused lip scrub recipe. (Make sure “pumpkin puree” is the only ingredient – don’t waste your time with pumpkin pie filling.)

In combination with coffee grounds, brown sugar granules, and sweet almond oil – you’ll gently exfoliate, sloughing away dead skin cells and revealing soft smooth lips.
