Supply List for Chamomile Lavender Milk Bath:
- 2 cups powdered milk
- ½ cup baking soda
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 4 bags chamomile tea
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- 16 drops lavender essential oil
- 8 drops chamomile essential oil
- 12 – 2 oz glass swing top jars or 6 – 4 oz glass jars

Instructions to make Chamomile Lavender Milk Bath:
In a medium mixing bowl add powdered milk, baking soda, and cornstarch. Whisk to combine thoroughly. Open chamomile tea bags and pour into mixture. Add dried lavender buds and whisk to combine. Next, while stirring add 16 drops of lavender essential oil and 8 drops of chamomile essential oil. Store milk bath in airtight containers. Add an optional bath soak apothecary tag.
To use pour 1/2 cup of Chamomile Lavender Milk Bath into a warm bath. Step in and soak.
Yields: 24 ounces
