LIP SCRUB INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon coffee grounds

¼ tablespoon sweet almond oil 

PUMPKIN SPICE LIP SCRUB RECIPE:

Combine 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in a small bowl. Mash with a fork to form a scrub. 

Then add 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 teaspoon coffee grounds, and ¼ tablespoon sweet almond oil to the mixture.  Blend together with a fork and spoon into a small jar or lip scrub tins to share with a friend.

How long do you leave a lip scrub on for?

Apply a lip scrub in slow, small circular motions across each lip from right to left and back – left to right to exfoliate removing all dry skin for two minutes.
