The Timesaving, Completely Effortless DIY Stainless Steel Cleaner You’ve Been Looking For
This easy DIY stainless steel cleaner will vanish fingerprints and streaks on your appliances, keeping your stainless steel looking shiny new!
I’ve gotten a lot of requests, over the years, for an easy DIY stainless steel cleaner, and I can see why. Polished, shiny stainless steel appliances are featured in nearly every kitchen makeover reel, HGTV episode, and home decorating magazine.
But when we buy these shiny new stainless steel appliances for our kitchens, what happens?
We Find
You know I’m right!
If you tried your standard all-purpose cleaner, you’ll likely found it didn’t work to clean stainless steel, too. In fact, I bet it made it even worse (I know mine did).
What about store-bought stainless cleaners? If you tried one from the store, I bet you noticed the stench right away. The one I tried smelled awful!
The smell alone made me wonder what it contained. So I used the EWG’s searchable guide where you can see all the ingredients of a cleaning product and if it contains any known hazardous. Pretty handy, right?
Well, guess what I found? The stainless steel spray, I thought, was natural, rated an F for hazardous chemicals. It was packed with harsh synthetic ingredients, known skin irritants, and heavy artificial fragrances that can easily overwhelm a home. Yikes!
If you’re done with smudgy appliances and overpowering chemical sprays – I’ve got a DIY stainless steel cleaning solution for you!
